Tour Overview

This two-day trip will take you from Lima to the city of Nazca, where you will have the opportunity to fly over the famous Nazca Lines, the enigmatic figures drawn in the sand that have puzzled archaeologists for decades. After enjoying an impressive aerial view, we will head to the city of Ica, where you will stay in a hotel with a swimming pool and spend the afternoon at the Huacachina lagoon, where you can experience the thrill of sliding down sand dunes on sandboards. You will also have the opportunity to ride boats and buy crafts at the oasis.

The second day will start early with a boat trip to the Ballestas Islands in Paracas, where you will have the opportunity to observe a wide variety of marine life, including Humboldt penguins, sea lions, dolphins, and guanay birds. After a tour of the natural rock formations, you will continue with a tour of the Paracas National Reserve, where you can visit the interpretation center, the rock formation known as La Catedral, the Red and Yumaque beaches, and observe migratory birds and marine fossils. The trip will end with a return to Ica and a transfer back to Lima.
